The heater looks white enough.I don't think you need to paint them. Paint ceiling the grey color!
Heater leave as isFoyer ceiling -match to spackled ceiling in living area. I'm worried that if painted blue it will get too dark. You could also paint tan.Where you see the vent in the wall, paint it the wall color blue/grey.
Chris is right! Paint vent wall grey but paint ceiling the tan wall color.
